2026 - 2027
AIxDESIGN is teaming up with the KB, the National Library of the Netherlands, on an exhibition and program about AI, books & language, open to the public.
Long before neural nets, libraries were the machines we built to organize human knowledge. Broncode puts books made wholly or partly with AI next to artworks that question the technology, and looks behind the magic at the training data, human labor, raw materials and energy AI runs on. What is AI made of, what is it making, and how is it changing the way we write, read, learn, and relate?
It kicks off with a festive opening night on 29 October 2026, followed by three months of talks, workshops and screenings. The exhibition is free and on view at KB in The Hague until 30 January 2027.
